experienced captain deliver your boat on its own hull. My references and years
of current experience stand apart from competitors because my qualifications are
superior in time and experience. I have a degree in Chemical Engineering and masters
degree in Systems Management. Also I am non-smoking, non-drinking and overly
attentive to details type of person that will always deliver your pride and joy in
as clean or cleaner condition then on departure exactly as you would want it.
You may
choose to join me on the trip and will have the opportunity to learn from an
experience. Learn sailing, docking, voyage planning,
offshore ocean sailing, navigation and piloting, weather forecasting, diesel
engine maintenance, emergency procedures and have one of the most unforgettable
experiences ever! I am well traveled and easy to be around. You
will learn more in a few days than most people do in years. I will take the
utmost care of your yacht from start to finish.
I
have 38 years of maritime experience, and have delivered yachts to locations
such as the Caribbean, from/to South America, Mexico, California to Hawaii and
Gulf of Mexico. I have over 19,000 nm off shore crossing every ocean
except the Indian and southern ocean.
I have all
the experience and required USCG qualifications, licenses and
certificates necessary to operate on small boats, yachts, medium sized
commercial vessels and ships. I specialize in on the water deliveries and yacht
services covering the entire East Coast, Caribbean, South America, Gulf of
Mexico and California coast line to/from Hawaii.
I will
take the time to pay attention to every detail to ensure a smooth and trouble
free delivery. My background in engineering and love of details on boats
provides a confidence to you that your vessel will be in safe hands.
My first
priority is for the safety of the yacht and those aboard her. I do provide
complete yacht inspection and delivery service or assist and train you in the
safe operation of your new yacht. I make all arrangements for a safe and
uneventful delivery.
My rates
are far less than any competitor because I have no overhead but you still
receive the equivalent quality of higher competitive rates.
Based currently in
St. Augustine, Florida. I am ready to move at a moments notice. Here is the
current captain rates. This includes meals but not
travel. I provide navigation equipment, satellite phone, routing software
and safety harness, vests. A lift raft can be provided at a minimal added
expense if necessary.
