Fruit Smoothie

If you try no other recipe, try this one as it is the most refreshing treat especially in the morning to start your day.  It also perfects your ability to say "oh that is so good".

2 - bananas (cut up and frozen)

5-7 strawberries (frozen)

1 - grapefruit

4-5 pineapple slices (cut up and frozen)

1 to 1 1/2 cups of your valuable home made yogurt

Use only fresh fruits.  The canned variety is possible but will never taste as good

Blend the fruit into a slurry or mash as best you can with a masher.  This fruit should be frozen to provide the most refreshing favor.

Yield: 2 cups of fruit smoothie
